    @airforcefalcon You can’t assign a HUD contract- you’ll have to actually close on it and then sell it to your end buyer via a separate transaction. If you have your end buyer in place you can use transactional funding to fund your deal. If you look through my videos, there’s one about transactional funding that explains how it works.

    Hi Steph are you familiar or know if a contract with a HUD home can be assigned to another investor through a consignment fee or marketing fee? I am also looking for a hard money lender but still dont understand what is involved in what they charge. I have come accross some funding trouble as one of my offers was accepted but now i dont have the funding. I got the house under contract for $65k needs 10k in repairs and after repair value is 95-100k. thanks
