Your statements are not true. You are probably one of those non-professionals who have a low credit score and blame other people for you problems. Claiming all brokers are bad is a lie.

This could be the funniest thing I’ve seen all year. Funnier than Super Bad. Brokers have fiduciary responsibility? Yeah, to themselves. They make money by charging you as much as they can over the “par rate”, which is the rate the direct lenders offer to provide a loan. I like how she equates a broker to an accountant or attorney. Brokers only responsibility is to write loans and make money.

Comparing a mortgage broker to an attorney is false and deceptive.
A mortgage broker does NOT have fiduciary responsibilities to the consumer.
